I ran cross country and track for high school and college, but got tired of being a 150lb skinny distance runner so in January 2004 I worked hard for several years and naturally got to 210lbs in May 2007! Then i wanted to make a career as a personal trainer so i started to work hard at getting a perfect body and keeping it all year long. I started working as a personal trainer in August 2007 and been successful at staying at 200lbs and keeping my bodyfat under 8%. I'm not really into competing at bodybuilding anymore because I don't care about looking good for 1 day on stage, I care about being able to rip off my shirt 365 days a year and being the buffest, strongest, most ripped guy all natural guy in the room!
Why I Love It:
I love to work out and run, pushing myself to the limit with every session. I do any type of workout that gets me in shape: sprinting, jogging, swimming, yoga, stretching, circuit training, plyometrics, etc.
I run around 40 miles a week along with plenty of extremely hard speed work all year long. On the weekends I do local road races and track meets. I'm training to do a half marathon and full marathon next year and of course stay at over 200lbs of solid muscle the entire time while doing so.
I also play plenty of sports with Tennis being my favorite and I play tennis almost daily.
I never get tired of working out because I never do the same workout twice, doing all kinds of different weight training systems and cardio schemes. I also love to cook and the nutritional side of bodybuilding. I enjoy my diet and eat clean, but don't count calories or watch anything other than my fat intake, which i keep low. I eat between 5000-8000 cals a day throughout 10-15 meals and around 600-1200 grams of carbs a day to keep my weight up with all the cardio i do. mostly high glycemic carbs and at all hours of the night because how can you fuel up if you don't eat carbs before bed!
Also, my balance between working out and outdoors keeps me focused on other things like fishing and hunting so I don't burn out on training. I can't just spend my life training 24/7 like some, i need some kind of crazy challenging adventure to go on each week and see what kind of animal or fish i can catch so i have something to cook.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being a virgin is the main reason I train so hard everyday. I'm waiting for the girl i plan on marrying if i ever find her. I never had any luck when it comes to girls so I use it to my advantage to stay focused. All I do is think about how nice guys finish last with girls and how I always got lied to and cheated on and I’m instantly ready to lift.
Being a personal trainer is my motivation to stay in the best shape i possibly can every day of the year to keep the best body I can all the time.
And lastly, music motivates me and runs my entire life. I never lift a single weight or jog one step without my music. All rock and trance works for me but EMO, metalcore, and screamo is what gets me fired up!
PERFECTION AND JUST MODIVATING !!! THANKS FOR THAT MATE!!!

Great Pics, especially the alligator. Pretty soon you will be able to make your own Tarzan movie. Great Physique! Keep up the great work and good luck when you decide to compete.
Great progress man, nice motivation notes too. Liftin' definitely helps me relieve tension...!
What kind of foods do you eat? I have been struggling with this, what to eat and what NOT to eat all together... for me it's all or nothing. I quit soda pop all together because even one makes me want more, so I just quit because I would drink it everyday, all the time otherwise. So knowing what I can avoid is helpful.
I've read your entire profile and I agree with that: "I care about being able to rip off my shirt 365 days a year and being the buffest, strongest, most ripped guy all natural guy in the room!" Me too. I was LOL at the pop tarts metion you did ha ha ha. You're great, man. Keep up.
