I woke up one day and got tired of being fat. I decided from that day forward I was going to change my life.
Why I Love It:
It is a great stress relief, and my body is my temple right now its in bad shape but with some hard work and dedication it will be a thing of great beauty.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at other people in my life that I care about like my nephew and say "I want to be around a long time so I can see him grow up". Also I look at other peoples transformations.
BB Accomplishments:
I started working out, taking the first step is always the hardest. Now I just have to continue.
so i plan on eating tuna for lunch and need some thoughts on how to spice it up some, dont want to eat the typical tuna salad because of the high fat mayo but open to some ideas
hey a protein shake is not always a good meal replacement choice... protein will feel muscles, but your body needs more than just muscle food to function. Check into meal replacement shakes, they might be the best option.. with any meal replacement options, make sure you are using correct vitamins to maintain your body.
That's great! I hope you stick with it. It always helps to have others with you willing to go through it with you. I am finally beating my depression too...
