I understand fully...this is such a self absorbed sport. It will be good to take the year off. I didn't regret it at all.
This year? I'm hoping to compete in the Yorton. I haven't really made any definite plans yet. I just opened my own personal training studio and so far I have been so busy that I haven't been able to train myself in almost a week. I think I can squeeze in an hour today though....let's hope.

I have to disagree with ya'. I dieted with a pro for 16 weeks - no cheating. I cannot get striated muscle cuts. I only get defined - then quickly start dropping muscle mass.I'm dieting now, so we'll see.
