My favorite biceps work out would have to be concentration curls
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Before I work out I try to get my self-pumped up either but listing to music or watching some lifting videos, that’s what works best for me.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
it really dose not matter what some one else does, and ya i do it some times.
