I all ways love to lift but i wrestled all of my life and, well i just graduated from high school. So i figured I am just going to work on staying NATURAL and become huge.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
My favorite biceps work out would have to be concentration curls

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Before I work out I try to get my self-pumped up either but listing to music or watching some lifting videos, that’s what works best for me.

Well it’s been about two weeks now and it seems like I just can’t make myself want to go to the gym. I have been going but I keep getting down on myself. I don’t know if it is because of my crazy schedule with school or I have no idea, but I am just trying to get myself back in the swing...

you should check out submission wrestling and mma fighting, its a great sport for wrestlers to transition into. Keep up the work in the weight room
