yoga looks like it has some pretty crazy moves...i work in a bookstore at a college and they have a yoga class there ive seen the yoga book and some of the positons are very odd lol.

I've lost about 20 lbs in the last 4 months just going back to the basics of eating right and exercising. That's really the only way to do it! I'm doing the 8 week program that you can find on this site, and it's been amazing. I have a ton of energy!!
