Each Day I workout for about an Hour. Sometimes a little longer. I work until I finish all the exercises.
I work with the mag. Muscle and follow there training exercises and I also work every other week off of an exercise training video I got off line.
But here is a typical workout week:
Monday- Back and Glutes(includes squats, lunges,and leg presses)
Tuesday- I walk 4 laps around Rotary Park and we through the football and frisbe.

And I will be working abs.
Thursday- break day or make up day if I missed a day!
Friday- Arms, Shoulders, and Glutes (that includes squats, lunges, and leg presses.
