This was me at about 190lbs.Maybe a little more. I am not exact, b/c I was still gaining weight and I can't remember exactly. But by Christmas this year, I was over 200lbs. I look at this and can't believe I let myself go like that. I was bigger than this, but I don't have any pics that I can find from back then. I didn't take many pics back then.

Made some great changes. This is meat 147lbs but 3 inches around the waist is gone.
