Since I'm about 17 i have been weight training, however only in the past few months have i become really serious about the diet that goes along with it.
Why I Love It:
Im a short girl, so it makes me feel strong, it gives me confidence. I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated when i see that my skinny jeans slide on with no trouble! Working out is never a problem for me, its the dieting thats hard.

So my main goal is to get into the best shape in my life . I want to become so strong i can beat guys at arm wrestling! I also wouldnt mind doing a competition, even though that idea kind of scares me right now. Another goal is to get over the whole food thing, i feel deprived sometimes when i "diet" and i want to put it in my head that people who stuff their faces every day are the ones who are depriving themselves of a sexy healthy body!
