I've basically worked out all my adult life. I was engulfed with the bodybuilding bug when I started training clients at a gym where Darryl Stafford worked.
Why I Love It:
I'm very passionate about training because it completes me. It's the meat and potatoes of the whole holistic approach.
How I Stay Motivated:
Consistently challenging myself to be better than I was the year before is one way how I stay motivated. Knowing that my two boys look up to me for direction is the main piston that drives my physical engine.
BB Accomplishments:
'02 Novice Middlewieght Champion
'03 Easternseaboard Middleweight Champion
'03 EasternSeaboard MostMuscualr Champion
'04 Elite Classic Light-Heavyweight Runner-up
'05 Nationals Top 15(after only nine weeks of dieting and not planning on competing)

Being an Ambassador in this walk of life possessing pride in one's self, but having humility. When I was a child I'd often daydream about being Superhuman. I now see that goal of accomplishment coming to fruition.
Back & biceps were on the menu yesterday. Started off with concentrated lat squeezes on the pec decĀ for five sets. Our backs were pump with blood after that. Next exercise was reverse-grip bentover rows for five sets. squeezing every fiber in your back with 335lbs. creates a tremendous...

Thanks for the compliment. I'm prepping for a couple of shows right now. Mid-atlantic grand prix and i'll possibly follow that up with the Ohio State. THanks for asking!
I really enjoyed Ropeman, too. What a class act...the whole show and experience was great! If you do not become the worlds best under 5'5", then there is something wrong! You look awesome! Keep up the great work and I am sure that you will reach your goals!!!! xoxo Tamar
Hi! Thank you so much for the support. It means a lot. :-) I spoke to the head judge and she told me that I did good, but just to trim down the legs. :-) I had only dieted for 3 weeks for that show. it was a practice show to get my posing down and work on stage presence. :-) I am glad I went! It was a blast!
Thanks for reading my blog. I really enjoyed reading your profile which was very well written and interesting. Your commitment to training and nutrition has paid off nicely. Keep up the inspiring work!!
