I've basically worked out all my adult life. I was engulfed with the bodybuilding bug when I started training clients at a gym where Darryl Stafford worked.
Why I Love It:
I'm very passionate about training because it completes me. It's the meat and potatoes of the whole holistic approach.
How I Stay Motivated:
Consistently challenging myself to be better than I was the year before is one way how I stay motivated. Knowing that my two boys look up to me for direction is the main piston that drives my physical engine.

Being an Ambassador in this walk of life possessing pride in one's self, but having humility. When I was a child I'd often daydream about being Superhuman. I now see that goal of accomplishment coming to fruition.
