How I Started:
My eating habits caught up to me. Went from a 30 waist to a 34, decided it was time for a change.
Why I Love It:
Reminds me I am still alive! Never gets old, so many ways to workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the body form take change.

So far dropped from 165 when I started down to 146. Now I am building muscle and gaining at 154.
