Description: Running stadium stairs. I run stairs 14 times up and down and then walk the last two. Even when I weighed 180lbs, I could not do this much. God blessed me with dedication and determination to reach this level this early!
Ok, so I have been very faithful to my exercise and eating very well. I have seriously cut my portions down to half! I have been eating small 100-300 calorie meals every 3 hours. I feel so much better, I feel as though i'm moving around nicely. Regardless, the scale hasn't budged much,...
mostly football...but thats good what kinda shake you got? right now im on bodyfortress cuz i gotta buy my stuff myself lol but yea man just keep it up! its a slow process but its a good one :)
hey good to hear you're still at it! it's the only way to get where you want to be. glad to hear you can feel the difference. soon enough you'll see the difference! keep with it! as for me, i'm just pushing through. trying to put on some lean muscle mass. it's tough, but that's no excuse for me not to try. keep up the good work and i'll stop by for another status update!
Thanks, have been working on BP and weight so getting closer to what the Dr wants, around 150/85 not perfect but good. Now I have dropped the weight and am working out more should keep getting better, hope to get of pills as a result of what I have been doing.
Good luck to you hope you reach your goals as well.
yoga is definitely no joke. i am glad to have it back as part of my training regimen. definitely helping me out with the flexibility. hope you had a good weekend. it's time for the daily grind that is work. take it easy!
How is it going? Looks like you are keeping up to work. Looks like we will both reach our goals. I was getting frustrated because it wasn't happening fast enough but I had to realize any progress is good progress. That helped me get more motivated. Keep up the good work.
hey adam... yeah well it's probably water weight lost. i changed up my routine for the month, which involves doing high intensity interval training (HIIT) in between muscle groups i'm working out. so i would do chest then hiit then biceps then hiit, etc. i am trying to get leaner and more defined. hope you had a good day!
sup adam?! i gotta give you your props on what you said in your blog about what you asked God, "God, give me the strength..." i think people on here need to give people like you kudos and not just to those that have the ripped, shredded, lean, etc. type physiques. i find it more rewarding to find out about normal people pushing themselves and trying to better themselves. keep up the good work!
Yeah I saw the hydroxcut recall also. I probably will not use it anymore for now. Why risk it. Besides I don't need it quite the way I used to. Also I don't ever think it really burned fat, but it sure as heck gave me more energy so I could work out harder. Going to try some different vitamin, amino and caffeine stacks to see if I get the same effect.
I'll wait to see if any further research comes out.
hi adam..thanks for commenting on my blog..i really appreciate the advise..i have been going back and forth with thinking i can handle eating right..so i am still battling..hope u r doing well!!
