my weight is now,164 pounds.i want to gain at least 31 pounds of solid muscle.when i compete,the crowd will be saying,that guy is a beast.

half my life i was the average jo,until i sawed my brother,when he was working out.so i said to myself ,my body's going to look like that,or even better.now that i acheive what i wanted,now i fill i can compete in the NPC,and gain my procard.so to the next,watch out, there's a new guy in town.

INCLINE BENCH PRESS,NO WARM UPS.6 SETS WITH 225 10 REP ,WITH HAMMER CURLS AFTER EACH SET
10 SETS OF WHEIGHTED DIPS.200 POUNDS STRAP TO MY WAIST,8-10 REPS TO STRECH ALL THE MUSCLES IN MY CHEST.

Thanks mate, you've got great thickness through your middle back, right from top to bottom....need to nail them shoulders and arms though so they dont get over shadowed in rear shots like that one.....
A big back is a must have in competitive bodybuilding!!
