How I Started:
Friend said my gym had free 7 day trials so i went there and checked it out. wasnt too excited about it but to get the free trial you had to fill in your details so after using my trial about 4 weeks later they rang me up and i was like nah, ummmmmmmm maybe and then i just said ok so i signed up and now im in a real good shape ever since! :D
Why I Love It:
Because it builds your self esteam and makes you confident when you take your shirt off :) + it gets all the chicks lookin your way ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
To stay motivated i just think of the outcome in a few years time if i keep it up! its called determination!
BB Accomplishments:
ummmmmm ive gotten stronger than i use too and now i can beat most of my friends in arm wrestles :P *staying stronger than the average joe my age*
