How I Started:
I got started working out in high school playing sports. I competed in a weight lifting tournament just to do something between wrestling and football season. I've always been in athletic shape, but recently I been wanting to get into competion shape.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a good workout. I used weightlifting as a stress reliever, and I started to like what I was seeing happen to my body. So I continued to workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I still need help with the motivation part. I will be motivated from a few months then all of a sudden I feel like whatever. I workout by myself and I think than my problem. Even the most deticated bodybuilder has days where they don't feel like working out. That's when you need someone to pull you through that day. And you will have to do the same for that person as well. But that's what I feel I'm missing.
I train alone also. But it's the feeling of knowing that workout that day will help change my body, that keeps me going. Find what motivates you and feed on it!
