Always been an athlete and worked out with my high school sports teams, but nothing ever too serious to gain any kind of adaquate muscle mass.
Why I Love It:
Healthy and regimented lifestyle. Became an addiction
How I Stay Motivated:
Hard to stop. Too guilty when I don't

I have been tall and skinny all of my life. So put lean muscle on. Don't want to get too bulky, but want to put on a legitmate amount of mass

like it hurts when I walk, put pressure and all that jazz. I haven't checked it out because I'm worried of what the Doc might say. So I've been staying off it and icing like mad.. it's temporarily better.
