It depends on what your goals are: Muscle-building-Cottage Cheese/Casein Protein and some Walnuts/Almonds before bed and maybe some Oatmeal if you want more mass, and if you're trying to cut, just the Cottage Cheese and nuts

Thanks man, Stay Motivated and I'm positive 2010 will be a good year for you too--And sometimes that Hogan song gets me real pumped up, especially when there's a Huge American Flag hanging in the center of the gym

How do you like the Controlled Labs stuff? I've used Universal Storm/Shock Therapy and Scivation Vasocharge, but I was thinking of trying White Flood in the future...
