Captain Ahab
Captain Ahab Frodo said that you should eat 5 to 6 small, clean meals per day (including protein shakes) and find a workout program that has both weightlifting and cardio. Make sure that you keep at it for at least 12 weeks and he believes you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Always challenge yourself to do the best that you can do.
