Overall Goal:  Lower my BMI, while maintaining some muscle mass. Increase strength and endurance so I can ride the more advanced trails. Get rid of my tits, I want my old body back!

I started doing martial arts as a child. Started weight training and conditioning during Highschool for the football team when I looked and felt great.
Why I Love It:
The indescribable feeling you get when you're done. Its my health!
How I Stay Motivated:
Think back to the lowest point I was ever at when I weighed anywhere from 210-220 pounds at 5'5".

that's good man. nutrition is so ridiculously important. but yah, my goals are coming along good. i'm cutting until it starts to get cold again. then i'm gunna start my first bulk ever. hoping to have a solid six pack a good amount of time before that though.
