I started doing martial arts as a child. Started weight training and conditioning during Highschool for the football team when I looked and felt great.
Why I Love It:
The indescribable feeling you get when you're done. Its my health!
How I Stay Motivated:
Think back to the lowest point I was ever at when I weighed anywhere from 210-220 pounds at 5'5".

but yah, my goals are coming along good. i'm cutting until it starts to get cold again. then i'm gunna start my first bulk ever. hoping to have a solid six pack a good amount of time before that though.
