The Incredible Hulk, watching Lou Ferrigno do the most muscular.
Why I Love It:
The pump, embarrassing the 20 somethings by the intensity I work out with (and the weights)
How I Stay Motivated:
Not wanting to look like the average dudes my age. And showing the youngsters despite my age I can still hang!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
315 pound squat, 365 lb deadlift (from the floor) for a single. The biggest major accomplishment would be getting a 6 pack.

How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Ellipical walker, I feel this is the most efficient cardio machine there is out there.
What is your cardio exercise plan?
20 minutes every time I work out until I hit a plateau and then 30 minutes, then alternate between 30 and 40 minutes, then all the way up to 45 to 50 minutes until I reach my goal weight.
