I love sports & athletics, and have always lifted & ran just to stay in shape. Since I graduated college I figured I had enough time & money to start taking it seriously.

Raider Hater for life. I hate the Oak Raiders...Im a Charger fan myself. My Chargers almost had it this year! Oh well atleast we embarassed the Raiders on national television. muahaha
Yea, I could pass off as your drunk brother judging by my eyes...haha..I have not been doing any cardio..bleh. I really want to start tmw on my off day. I usually run 3miles and shoot for 25min. A friend of mine runs a boxing club and I have been thinking of taking him up on his offer to start boxing sessions. How do you like it? I recall training with UFC fighter, Brandon Vera once at his club and the dude worked me so hard I barfed my breakfast out haha...So I havent been back in since.
