Ever consider competing in bodybuilding/ I mean, it may not be as fun as getting hit in the face, but speaking as a coach you have a great base. I am here in MA, and gotta tell ya you should seriously consider it. If you got a competitive fire, let's definitely talk.
Looking jacked, S. You shorter guys can really pack on the mass and you tend to have the best leverage. Most of the guys who compete at my gym are in the 5'2-5'7 range, and some of them are downright monstrous. Keep up the good work.
Welcome and latest gains have certainly given you size and definition. Get that brick wall 6 pack going so you'll never feel a punch/kick in that area during your training or fights. Continued success with your training for both muscle and sport. Andre
Training has been going great. Personal Training wise, I just picked up two clients today for a contest. So that is going well. Good Luck with gaining that size
