Years ago... Straight out of highschool I think? Have been into the gym and training ever since. But have never pushed myself to the limits..yet. Think it's about time I see what this wee body can do!
Why I Love It:
The awesome feeling after a great workout! Seeing the results and just feeling great..fit & strong!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results and getting positive comments from friends..and on bodyspace..ha ha ;o)
BB Accomplishments:
Not Bodybuilding (yet) but I completed the Oxfam "Worlds Greatest Team Challenge" 100km walk in April 2006 - 30 hours of straight walking over rough terrain! Toughest thing I've ever done! But it was an awesome challenge
