for biceps i would like to recommend that
always try and get some variety in ur workout jst try different grips,barbells,angles etc.and most importantly pay attention to form and technique.don't overtrain ur biceps,12 to 15 sets are more than sufficient,since u have not provided any information about the diet u r following i cannot tell u about why u r not seeing improvements.

I AM DOIN GOOD
CRIS WHAT DO U THINK IS THE BEST WAY TO TRAIN TO GAIN QUALITY MUSCLE MASS
TRAINING EACH BODYPART ONCE IN A WEEK OR TWICE A WEEK.
I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS UR WORKOUT SCHEDULE
