How I Started:
i started going to gym during school summer vacations on advice of my sports teacher when i was in 10th standard and since then my love and passion for this wonderful sport has been on a rise and now it has become my life........
Unfortunately i was hit with a back injury in march 2008 just six months later when i started serious bodybuilding and could not train for almost an year.
now i have recovered from the injury and now i just want to train harder and harder and grow from strength to strength...............

what i found works best for me is, do everything once per week, except for calves and weak bodypart. i pick one muscle group that i feel i would like to improve and do that twice a week. for example for me right now that is back. i split my back up into two seperate workouts. Tuesday is for thickness and saturday is for width. my workout schedule is on my main site if you want to take a look.
