Why I Love It:
What's love got to do with it? Seriously, I need to get back in shape to be healthier. Need to get that blood pressure down. And I'm tired of being single. Ok. So maybe love does have something to do with it ... yeah, I'm a smartass.
How I Stay Motivated:
After posting pictures on the blog, I really, REALLY don't want to be the only guy that gets no results. How bad would that be?

Just some updates, lost a total of 5.5 inches around my waist.
I want to lose fat and increase my muscle mass and tone. I want to feel better about myself and have a healthier lifestyle.
Goal (Long):
I used to be very active in highschool football and martial arts. I broke my neck my senior year and had to give up my scholarship. I rebroke my neck along the existing break a few years later in a full contact karate tournament. I was unable to exercise or do any serious activity for a long time. Once I was actually able to work out again, I was too lethargic to actually get back into it. I have already lost around 50 lbs from when I peaked at about 320 lbs. I have plateaued and am hoping this blog and community can help me stay focused.
Hey Chris sorry it's taken me so long to reply. Had some personal issues going on that needed my attention. I appreciate the shout out & I hope all is well in your world.
Hello, Christopher! Long time, no see. I was wondering how you were doing. Are you still at your training, Buddy! Let me know what's your progress at. Be good!
