Background

When I Started: Feb 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I Have been working out for a while now being active in high schoold then joining the army and being active but I hit my boiling point weighing 220 and decided it was time for change.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes you feel good about yourself and also helps you overcome any thing in front of you.

wtsall cool, yeah i'm taking ON: serious mass again, ummm thought i was gaining again for a second but maybe not. its really frustrating. I've been stuck at 154 for over a month. and i kill it in the gym every time. :/ Apr 4, 2011 4:07pm
