Background

When I Started: Jan 2011
HOW I STARTED:

When I graduated high school I was swimming all the time. I was 138 lbs. at 6'3". I stopped in college and discovered beer. Since I didn't work out I turned into what you would call skinny fat. At 150 lbs. in my junior year I decided that I wanted to change my body. I did some research and decided to do the starting strength program. After 3 weeks I got bored and switched to another program by bill Starr. A couple weeks later I was bored of that too. I think the reason I gained so much is that I have super workout add. I need to constantly do something different.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like to improve myself all the time.

i want to be in the military as soon as i graduate college. haven't picked the branch yet but im gaining as much lean mass as i can now so that when i do switch to body weight training ill get better faster.
