I fight some mixed martial arts and I want to move up on the weight scale with out moving up on the body fat percentage. I'm very strong for my size but i can't gain the mass...AT ALL

Haha u were probably like WTF??! Hehe. Training is going great. I increased the weights on all exercises last week. But i feel like im getting sick like everyone else. Hopefully i will shake it off.

Thanks a lot man...Im just eating more calories right now but still eating clean foods. Also keeping my lifts in the gym heavier for fewer reps helps too.
