How I Started:
my best friend is a personal trainer, i just got divorced and he helped me turn my life around.
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel good and proud, the sense of accomplishment is incredible, i think it's pretty awesome to be big and have muscle, whether you are male or female.
How I Stay Motivated:
i love living a healthy lifestyle, and i enjoy going to the gym it makes me happy and gives me a great feeling.

Its over off of birchwood by the New Life Church and Cefcu on E. Edgewood. Its a pretty big place, we have an indoor pool and racquetball as well as a gym. Go look for it . haha
