I guess you could say I don't look much different, but after 12lbs I FEEL different.

I used to be skinny, then I gained a whole bunch of weight.
My highest was probably 145, maybe more--I was in denial.
Now I'm at 133lbs, however, and I'm pretty proud of that (:
I am aiming to get down to 115 by June 1st, 2008. I could even hit 110 by then, but, 115 allows for some screw-ups.
I would like to have a 24 inch waist again!
I want to keep my muscle,
and hopefully define my hamstrings more.
That's probably the only muscle I'm obsessed with trying to make it bigger (:

I don't know a whole bunch about dieting. I've only ever dieted to wrestle for intramurals, but I pretty much eat whatever whenever, I'm lucky. It really don't matter which diet people choose as long as they stick with it. Thanks, I'm still a work in progress, but you look really good, especailly your eyes!

well, sum protien breaks dwon faster than others...that could be why you feel crappy sumtimes, its the spikes in suger levels in your body...take your largest gulp of protien after a vigorous activity is over and your body will use it up faster

EAT LOTS of PROTEIN! That may work that into both your sex machine goal and build muscle goal!
