I have extra motivation now im doing my first ever photo shoot in 5 weeks for world physique an american muscle magazine and hopefully doing my first BB competition on October 10th 2009.

yeah thailand is a huge party, i loved it.must admit i spent most of my time eating and boozing, so no complaints really. i work as an estimator for a mining firm. any plans other than work for the weekend
