life cycles...they are driving me crazy! it has been so difficult to get back into my routine of diet and exercise. life keeps putting things in my way. but i think maybe, possibly now it's getting back to "normal".

 it's amazing that i have actually missed my routine of things....

Sore is a good thing. It's pain you have to watch out for. I just learned something, yesterday. I have been out of it for a while and tried to go too hard too fast and started getting headaches and no restful sleep. I have backed off and refocused on the basics. It feels [retty good and gives me plenty of room to move up. "I ain't 23 no more" (said with an exaggerated twang to my voice)
