sherinaellis I have been sick for a week and today was the first day working out. Felt good just ready for this cold to leave my body.

sherinaellis Well almost done with my gallon of water for the day. Went to the gym earlier and burned at 500 calories!!

I see that a lot of people on here eat every two hours. How do you remember to eat every two hours in the beginning. Do you set an alarm or do you just remember?
