Why I Love It:
It's a real passion!! It makes me feel emotionally and physically strong!!! :D
How I Stay Motivated:
Realising that working out isn't really a choice but something I need to do to stay balanced!
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to increase strength in nearly every workout and pushing myself to work harder everytime. To embrace bulking without worrying too much about fat gain.

You are looking great. I congratulate you on all of your hard work and what you have accomplished to this point. Continue to challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and you will reap even more rewards for all of your hard work. I wish you all the best in '08 and look forward to watching your continuing progression.
