My mate had sum weights when i was 15 an just went from there sadly lost intrust as i would be huge but this time im gona keep it up.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy training because seing my size an strenth improve is a great achievement.
How I Stay Motivated:
I find the best way is to keep my head strong and always on the right line.
BB Accomplishments:
Being albul to bench 100 kg as it used to seem so much weight.

I really think deadlifts for back are a bad exercise. i usually use lighter and do them to help build hamstrings, and only use a partial movement. not a full hit the ground with the plates. I have injured my back from trying to do deadlifts heavy but for bodybuilding, i feel deadlifts aren't the greatest erercise in developing the lower back, seated cable rows close and wide grip pulled to your waist I feel can be just as effective.

yup! it totally rocked! :) i can't wait to do it again... for now tho... i think i want to stick to the hot weather. lol. hopefully i will be out on the boat this weekend getting my tan on. lol
