I am starting a new supplementĀ  line (BSN) to see how it works...I have not been able to work out except 2 times since 12-10-07, we had a very big Ice storm here and I was working my A$$ off but now i am back on my regular work schedule and i can go back to what I miss the most. I havent...

I work out 4 days a week my routine is 20 to 30 minutes of cardio & 75 to 90 minutes of weight lifting.I alternate which parts of the body I work every day.

Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. August was a rough month for me. Im tryin to hit that 40 pound mark and it hasnt happened yet. I just changed my workout. So hopefully the scale will be my friend again. :) You keep at it.

my meals are mostly protein, I drink plenty of water, i'm lower on carbs. so who knows..i've been battling this for a while and thus far..my diet is clean with greens and protein and good fats, so...I guess all I can really do is just continue. thank you for your concern..that was very sweet of you.
