I work out 4 days a week my routine is 20 to 30 minutes of cardio & 75 to 90 minutes of weight lifting.I alternate which parts of the body I work every day.

Ok three questions:
1. Are you getting enough calories?
2. How long have you had that same workout?
3. What r u eating and when ( combo of protein, carbs, fats). What additives? How much sleep n water?
Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. August was a rough month for me. Im tryin to hit that 40 pound mark and it hasnt happened yet. I just changed my workout. So hopefully the scale will be my friend again. :) You keep at it.
my meals are mostly protein, I drink plenty of water, i'm lower on carbs. so who knows..i've been battling this for a while and thus far..my diet is clean with greens and protein and good fats, so...I guess all I can really do is just continue. thank you for your concern..that was very sweet of you.
