I work out 4 days a week my routine is 20 to 30 minutes of cardio & 75 to 90 minutes of weight lifting.I alternate which parts of the body I work every day.

yea running for a long time isn't really my thing so good luck with that lol. training is going ok, just put up some progress pics and ids and blog let me know what u think
Just ending the recovery phase of a very almost lethal spider bite. My recovery was phenomenal, I or the doctors didnt think I would be ready to train just yet but Im cleared and good to go. My 12week breakdown has been cut off at 8weeks and I was making good progress. Oh well, gotta get back on the horse.
