I reduced the frequency and duration of my cardio and increased the strength training to 3-4 times a week....so far this seems to really have an improved effect. I like learing how to 'find my way' for excellent results.
5-6 days a week=moderate cardio 45 minutes of combinatio of treadmill/elliptical/stationary bike |
