Because Im trading in self destructives habits for a healthy lifestyle.The results are slow but steady but consistent. Also want to be a positive role model~~my oldest just joined bodyspace KarissaKiwi~~Im soo proud of both my daughters!!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
currently I am in a major conflict with 'diet'...I never have been able to stick to any 'plan' so...Im just trying to make better choices when i can, eat smaller pportions when I can't and try to remind myself to never ever ever TRY to DIET because it inevitably backfires ~~I do not have the discipline to follow a 'clean diet' and I kindof doubt I ever will....I'm learning to eat ONLY when Im hungry and becoming aware of "emotional eating". they know that I want to lose weight and get fit but this has been a slow process so my goals are continually changing as well.....
I would like to set a goal of losing 30 pounds in 3 months. Beginning April 1st. I am looking for 10 bodyspace members to formally challange me. I will start either April 1st or as soon as 10 members comment here on my blog. COME ON----I NEED it lol
I reduced the frequency and duration of my cardio and increased the strength training to 3-4 times a week....so far this seems to really have an improved effect. I like learing how to 'find my way' for excellent results.
5-6 days a week=moderate cardio 45 minutes of combinatio...
