Because Im trading in self destructives habits for a healthy lifestyle.The results are slow but steady but consistent. Also want to be a positive role model~~my oldest just joined bodyspace KarissaKiwi~~Im soo proud of both my daughters!!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
currently I am in a major conflict with 'diet'...I never have been able to stick to any 'plan' so...Im just trying to make better choices when i can, eat smaller pportions when I can't and try to remi...more

Workout Program:
I reduced the frequency and duration of my cardio and increased the strength training to 3-4 times a week....so far this seems to really have an improved effect. I like learing how to 'find my way' for excellent results.
5-6 days a week=moderate cardio 45 minutes of combinatio...
