GOOD!!! I have no complaints at all :) I had a lot of energy throughout the day too!
Is the skin peeled off a sweet potato more fiber than it is like the rest of the potato? I sure hope sooo...... :/

well right now I am lifting heavy 5days of the week... Since thanksgiving No cardio and I am feeling it... but 30 min on average of heavy lifts with little rest and 2 HIIT training days and elliptical the other days. what are you doing now?

RIGHT?! I cannot wait for a break from teaching middle school. (student teaching)
I will be competing post-collegiate as unattached at random meets outdoor season for discus. I just need to start drilling, plyometrics, yoga, and sprinting. Were you into track yourself?
