Very cool. My college is pretty notorious for its education department--although I'm not an education major myself. I never competed in track, just thought it was a sweet action shot, haha. The only thing I ever played was basketball. My buddy and I dedicated an entire workout to plyo this last summer, so if you need some exercises let me know. It's great fun.
Do you still compete or no? I'm doing alright. I'm almost done with max-outs for the week, then I'll take a much needed break! Our Thanksgiving break is soon so that will be nice.
Hey thanks! The fire service has been VERY nice to me and I'm truly blessed to be working a job I love.
With that being said...My advice would be to at least stay in school and get your degree (it pays off)! Afterwards when its all said and done get your EMT and other Fire Certs. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions
Your welcome! Unfortunately, I'm not. There is not much altitude in Texas! I know what it feels like though. I ran in Colorado once (big difference). I could totally see how that would help. Haha, that's awesome! I'm glad I could make her laugh. Tell her I said that she is very welcome! Again, nice job on your progress!;)
