I was about 145 here & 33% body fat, i just avoided scales and cameras...

2 years, 19% Body fat, 35 pounds, and 26 inches lost. notice the difference in the face/neck area too.

Down to about 110 here. A little thinner than id like to be so really focusing on building up my core and shoulders a little more.
