How I Started:
started out by doing turbo jam and hip hop abs, wanted more, so I joined a gym and started lifting weights. I have never looked back
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great, and I love the results that you get. Every morning you wake up, you see a little more difference in you body than you did the day before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am truly staying motivated now by this web site. There are a couple of ladies on here, that are such an insperation to me,that it helps keep me going foreward and working towards my dreams of total transformation.
BB Accomplishments:
Still working out after four months, and still doing cardio after a month and a half. This is an accomplishment for me, and is bringing me closer to my ultimate goal of a total body transformation.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to continue going to the gym five days a week. I will lift for 35 minutes, immediately followed by 20-25 minutes of cardio.
Monday: Biceps, triceps, shoulders and abs
tuesday: Lower body day
Wednesday: back, chest, and abs
thursday: Biceps, triceps, and shoulders
Friday: Lower body, abs
I will then do cardio, four to five days a week immediately following my weight training.
I will take saturday and sunday off, unless I miss a day during the week, then I will replace that day with Saturday.
I want to have sculted legs, defined and ripped arms, flat abs, and a well deifined back. I want to have this achieved by next summer so that I will look awesome in a tank top and shorts.

Well, it is friday and this week has been such a blur. Working a strange schedule, still getting to the gym by 4:40 and getting in my workout and living on almost no sleep. But good news is that I am back to my normal schedule and ready to rock and roll. I started about three different...

But of course I am...lol. I have put on a few pounds which is good and still staying pretty lean. I am up to 142 now. I probably should hit the cardio a bit more thou.
