Good luck, you look great! I think I may be attending that show. I'll cheer ya on. :) My next show might be the Northstar again... depending how well the off season is. lol So happy to be back in the gym this week and lifing heavy again. Where do you train??

My next will probably be the Northstar again. I'm going to take a year off and focus on building. :) I want that pro card someday and i cant build muscle if i'm dieting down all the time. When's your next show?? :)

I competed in Figure. I placed 2nd in my class. :) It was so much fun. I'm really looking forward to the off season, need to add a lot of mass. How did you do in your show?? You look great!!!

Contest went very well. I placed 2nd in my class. I was SOOO nervous. But I had so much fun and cannot wait to do another. Thinking i'm going to take a year off and focus on bulding some mass. I want that Pro Card someday. How about you?? When's your next show?

Hi there. Thank you're kind words. I'm flattered. Not much on going on for Memorial day probably do the same and hang out with my family. Training is coming along great! This warm weather has got me pumped! In July i'll start cutting for my show.. really looking forward to that. Take care and thank you for the sweet compliments! You look great yourself? Where are you other shows at?? At the moment i'm training alone. :) Do you have a training partner?? Occasionally i get together with friends and train,, maybe once a week or so.

I have a trainer here in MN, things have been going well, i'm seeing much improvement, however still have a ways to go. Keep in touch i may be interested down the road. :) Perhaps after my first show.
