How I Started: I have worked out off and on for the past 10years.I love the way it makes feel and of course, how it transform my body.
Why I Love It: Running and working out is an outlet for me. Helps manage my stressful life. The rush I get, feels good, and all this working out makes me look good physically.
How I Stay Motivated: Hard to do with a demanding schedule, but I tell myself "This is for me, I will feel better, and will look better". I don't feel my best without working out, neither do I look my best.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): My goal is to transform my body.Less fat, and more lean. To look and feel fit and tone.
Goal (Long): I have been very active all my life. slim and fit. In the last 3-4 yrs my weight has been a rollacoaster. At this point my goal is to rid myself of this body fat and tone muscle in addition to loosing 20-25 pounds.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 18%

had a great workout today. worked upper body and abs.  I'm doing very well. Toning up and loosing body fat.  will take measurements this weekend and post results.
