Reason: Makes my muscle feel fuller. Has alot of calories for puting on mass and tastes great.

Reason: It's alright but I prefer GP3 by a company called Advanced Genetics. GP3 is an all in one creatine, glutamine and BCAA capsule. Overall GP3 is a great deal. To bad It's not on the list.
