When I Started:
Dec, 2005
How I Started:
Sports were the only thing to live for. I didn't want to abuse drugs like all the other kids. It took me a long time to figure things out, but bodybuilding was the way out.
Why I Love It:
I've got my full heart into this sport. There have been countless bruises on my body from barbells. Leg days would be so intense to the point where I'd be throwing up. Last of all the accident that left the ugly scar above my eye. These were all dangerous incidents, but I don't care. There's nothing more satisfying then watching your body transform after you have worked your heart out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Naturally.
BB Accomplishments:
Promoted at a gym for a program advertisement, Came 1st in the medium mens classic division Nov 1,2008. Came 2nd place junior nov 1, 2008. Came 2nd place junior Nov 7, 2009.

Hi Sheldon,
We do not have jr division. However we have had many teens compete in the bodybuilding. We have Novice, Open and Pro divisions. You would do great in the IDFA regardless of your age. Hope to see you on an IDFA stage. Shaun, www.idfa.ca
well.. im 5'8 and a senior in high school and for my senior project im going to compete in my first show and weighing in at 153 pounds and still on a good bulk routine. im going to be bulking for the next 3 and a half months then cutting.. im but cant really get passed 155 and eating about 4 to 5 meals a day. thats as much i will get up to.. what should i cut down to for a show i know i will prolly be going in as a light weight..
okay sorry but maybe i went over board there but 30 pound is not that impossible since i lost 55lbs for the comp and i dehydrated my body completely.... 2 days after the comp i was 13lbs over my weight in..... you probably didn't realise that at my weight in i weight 135lbs...so ya.... anyways well like i said i<ll decide one its closer but for now that my goal.... best of luck man
Ya I know I should skip it but I want to stay lean and cut for the summer…if you know what I mean… I also want to have my level 2 card so I can compete for level 3….I already put on 30lbs of lean mass and I am still cut…. Next year I will be bulking for a year strait.
