I like to hit my workout with a lot of volume, as Arnold said if your not getting a pump what's wrong? While I'm dieting during this transformation I will leave fats out. I like my carbs so I creep them until the end. My protein will stay at about 1.5g per pound of weight. one thing is I never have a cheat meal! I stay strict so in the end I know I did everything it took! I do a 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off split and towards the last 6 weeks I kick up the intensity and hit calves and abs 2 times a week. After the 12 weeks ill add in some fats and fruits. But during the diet to win a competition like this I will stay perfect on nutrition even when I have to control my environment and eat in the cajust just have outs and whey with water if I can't get to a meal. In this I'm finding out who I am and what I can handle though life. It's exciting and I have never felt more alive! I can't wait to see me at the end and what I can do to motivate/help others!
