I have always been really active. I played all sorts of sports in high school and really enjoyed weight lifting then. I have started back up to get some more muscle definition and toneage.
Why I Love It:
People say that working out makes you relaxed and happy. Not me. If I had a bad day, going to the gym wont make it any better for me because I think of my flaws and when something is not going right I get even more upset. I even yawn when I'm on the bike or something. But I still enjoy it :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading everyones blogs on here and when people tell me, "Oh wait till you get older or when you have kids, you wont stay looking the same". I beg to differ. Im a fat phobic and dont ever want to be that way.

Hi there Shelby; You have an awesome profile pic displayed. Good luck in achieving the goals that you've set for yourself. And thanks for your work in the medical profession. Best regards, Scott
lots of leg extensions, presses and curls. Anything I can do 12 of easily, I add more weight. It took me a year to get them this far. Go heavy with the legs, they are huge muscles and can take alot of weight.
Well, I am on a 5 day split...doing 4 to 6 exercises for each bodypart(my days are in the workout section on my page) and I eat clean...buy this book...THE EAT CLEAN DIET by Tosca Reno...AMAZING!!!
